The Wages Of Complaining 2

While we should never complain against God, we can complain to Him. He is the first one we should complain to because ultimately He is the one who could fix the thing that we complain about. Often He is the only one we should complain to because He is the only one who truly knows if the things we complain about are good for us. He knows the best time to remove the thing that we complain about.

Psalms 102:1: A Prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and poureth out his complaint before the LORD. Hear my prayer, O LORD, and let my cry come unto thee.

Psalms 142:2: I poured out my complaint before him; I shewed before him my trouble.

1 Thessalonians 5:16: Rejoice evermore. 17 Pray without ceasing.

Ephesians 5:20: Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

Rejoicing evermore and giving thanks won*t leave time for complaining. Praying is the only occasion when complaining MIGHT be appropriate. We should be willing to give thanks to our wise God for the problems.

Philippians 4:8: Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Thinking about those things will take our attention away from anything we might complain about. Many of the things we complain about are things we brought upon ourselves. And, of course, if there are problems we can fix ourselves, we should fix them instead of complaining about them. By the way, this article hits me right on the nose too.
